We think it would be good if you knew the place where you are going. At least visually. So we start putting online images of Tbilisi, places in it that are somehow relevant to the upcoming Barcamp.

So we traditionally start with old Tbilisi, the (as the name suggests) oldest part of the city, the part where all tourists are usually taken to in the first place. :)

It was really nice evening… We got acquainted with each other, exchanged our opinions about Barcamp 2008, discussed main issues and problems.

The first thing we talked about was the place where Barcamp 2008 will take place, and named several possible locations, but still we need to gather some more information in connections with this.

Secondly, we highlighted the next main issue, and that’s sponsorship. All of us disseminated responsibilities, and more info about this subject will come soon.

Finally, I think that this meeting was a great starting point in our future collaboration

This is to tell you that we are organizing an official meeting together with our friends and colleagues at 20.00 p.m on Tuesday, March 25 at the Hotel Atlanta, Rcheulishvili street 13 (map view) to exchange experience about BarCamps, discuss organizational and informational issues connected with Barcam Caucasus 2008.

Any of you, who is interested in Barcamp Caucasus 2008 can come and take part in our discussions.
